On Illigitimate Malfeasance

If you’re like me, you’re worried about entities within the various branches of the corrupted U.S. government using their influence to diminish your liberties. The solution to this problem is the same that it always has been: democracy.

Democracy is not a form of government, but a process of diligent action and honest discourse. We as a people must discuss and agree upon what our principles are, and enforce them. That is the sum total of what the law is.

For instance, the previously ratified 14th amendment specifies that all persons born within the United States are citizens thereof. This is a matter of legal fact, and no person or agency has the authority to contradict it. Any claim to the contrary is illigitimate, and any attempt to act otherwise is a crime.

Of equal importance is that it is unconstitutional to deprive a person of liberty without due process. In short, a person may not be arrested, deported, prohibited healthcare, or prevented from voting unless there is evidence that they have committed a crime.

Crimes against these fundamental laws are ongoing right now because we have not maintained the integrity necessary to uphold them.

That integrity must be rebuilt, and enforced.
